The Wonder body former is an unobtainable usable item in Elona+. It was only obtainable in versions Elona+ 1.41 and Elona+ 1.42
Six wonder body formers are dropped on the ground under player saves upgrading from Elona+ 1.40fix2 to Elona+ 1.41 or Elona+ 1.42. Otherwise, they are unobtainable and not wishable.
Each wonder body former lets the player add a specific body part. Using them will open up a menu where you choose which part to add, this menu can be cancelled without losing the item. Upon adding a part, the item is consumed.
