You do have a point there. It's not nice to revert one's edits without explanation. We have yet to know why Astraltor did that, but it's definitely not right. Especially since you've explained your reasoning. It would have been better if only certain parts of the cut would have been restored (potential gain being independent of hunger, for example).
For future reference, if a value listed is demonstrably false, it's preferable to delete the value only, and say "unknown amount". In this case, "increase the potential of their two related stats by 2% an unknown amount".
Since Zeofolium fixed the 2% to 40%, this part can be considered taken care of (thanks Zeo!). Other wrong values should be handled the same way.
Let us all keep in mind that the wiki is not perfect, and we all are doing our best in our own way to get it right.
I am not sure where the 40% came from, but it conflicts with the value, 1000, given about half a page above where 40% is mentioned.
The value was not only false, the correct value is already in the wiki. That's part of the reason I deleted it. And I still believe it should be deleted. because the value give conflicts with what the wiki said just a paragraph before.
