The part time worker (『着ぐるみのバイト』 kigurumi no baito) is located at the Festival of Jure in Noyel. He was added in the Elona Christmas beta version 1.22 along with the Festival. They seem to be generated as either male or female.
Speaking to him when you are not a disciple of Jure of Healing will give you an option to convert to Jure without the usual punishment hex. Accepting will also generate a Jure's body pillow on the ground, which you can then take with you. He will be BEARY DISAPPOINTED if you refuse, but there are no consequences for doing so.
He seems to have no special attacks or attributes, and will only attack from melee range when forced to defend himself. He is a unique NPC and always drops his card and statue when he dies.

Elona+ changes[]
Their race was changed to Karune and a stat adjustment. Adding 20 life and losing 10 mana. Their Martial Arts and Weight Lifting skills were increased. They gain the Gardening and Traveling skills. They also lose the Tactics, Two Hand, Casting, and Control Magic skills. Finally, they lose some of their resistances.
