<Raizel> the old wizard is an Elona+ specific unique NPC. He resides in the Eulderna blimp on the Lost Irva continent.

After his quest is accepted from Erystia, he can be spoken to to start the quest. The quest consists of joining him, several high wizards, and a few palace magicians to fight several chaos spirits, eulderan summonknights (lv 145), chaos paladins, chaos hunters, chaos shamans, magic archers (lvl 145), and the boss, <Inqtual> the revenge. The reward for this quest is a soul spindle, cursed rod of wishing, 5 potions of potential, and two high potions of nektar.

<Raizel> has a fair number of spells in his repertoire, including Cure of Jua, Nether Arrow, Lightning Bolt and Mind Bolt. He buffs himself with Holy Veil. He occasionally throws major potions too, and as a last measure he will use the devastating Mana Burst special action, when he is on low health.

<Raizel> has innate immunity to Blindness, natural Superb resistance to Magic, and he carries the Mag-Abyss special item (as of E+ 1.19).
