<@> is a "secret" monster unique to the Void. He is a reference to early roguelike games, where the player character is represented by the "@" symbol.

Because the void adds 50 levels every time you go down 50 floors, he does not have a set level. The statistics displayed here are the lowest level he can be encountered at.

He will only attack normally, almost exclusively with melee attacks. He does not appear to have any other abilities.

Although he is technically unique, he will not always drop his card and figure. They seem to be dropped at the same rate as other "unique" randomly spawning NPCs. Eating his corpse has no particular effect. When finishing the meal, the text, "You dare to eat @..." is displayed.

Customization[]

The sprite number for <@> is 347.

Summoning[]

He may be summoned by typing in "Qy@." Pressing Q will print the message "What...", and pressing y will print the message "No...no...". Upon pressing @, ten @s will appear around the player, with the message "Ahhhhh!!". Each summoned @ will be at level 1, and will have stats to match. This can only be done once per save file.

P053-ZeomeTheFalseProphet

<@> doesn't change much, with the possible exception of adding Zeome the false prophet's portrait, shown here. That portrait is located at male portrait number 53. His Healing and Throwing skills are increased. He gains the Eye of Mind and Firearm skills.

He can be copied with an Astral Light Pen if the conditions are met. However, because his level fluctuates with the floor he appears on in the void, whether you can meet his level or not will depend on that.
