He is an exclusive Elona+ NPC.

As expected, uses the Drain Blood and Eye of brainwashing special actions. He casts Darkness Bolt and Nightmare spells as well.

Sadly he does not have the casting skill, rendering his spells uselessly weak (this mostly applies to the vampire as a pet, since all non-pets without a Casting skill have a spellpower rating based on their level). He will waste many turns of actions on casting and brainwashing instead of meleeing, which is the only thing he does that does decent damage. Annoying to fight as an enemy, but makes for a bad pet.
