Feathers are a kind of armor that may be equipped in the cloak slot. They have a high DV value but no PV at all (except when enchanted) and always cause the wearer to float. They are an extremely expensive item if bought from a shop. Cursed or Doomed feathers still retain this value, and can be traded to other adventurers for better gear.
