A broken vase is a junk item that has no use in vanilla Elona, other than selling it for 1 gold or using it in a quest.
In Elona+ 1.69 and onwards, broken vase can be used in the Pot for fusion recipe 'Dairy Products', with the addition of a bottle of milk to produce cheese, yoghurt, and butter. Yoghurt can be an easily available source of constitution training with a ranch, the recipe is time-consuming.
