This race is used in the Elona+ mod for the new class of "Meshera" monsters, which include a few normal enemies and bosses in the endgame. They are very limited in equipment slots, and their distinguishing characteristic is their very high starting healing skill. They seem to be intended to be used as magic-using monsters.
